充実した１日：diary9day

I had the day off work today.

I went to Hinomisaki Shrine with my son.

I like collecthing "GOSHUINCHO"

Do you know it? It's something like autograph book.

I feel refreshed when I go to there.

And I played badminton with my son and daughter.

We did it for around one hour. Very good exercice !

I think that it is important that I move a body.
